You guys, did you read this? I saw it posted on the forum by one of the mods---

Future storyline--- business problem

Preparation for the marriage has begun and it's chaos with the rituals and engagement which barely gives Ram and Priya time to know each other before they tie the knot. .. nutz and kartik are full on with festivities of their own wedding .. and happens a strike in ram s companies and indirectly priya's facebook status and her article on safety hazards in factories is responsible for it .. if nutz kartik element was responsible for ram priya wedding , this factory element can put this wedding for a toss .. Raam's best friend, Vikram, has no idea about this. ..

big drama .. will vikram spill the beans.. but vikram knows that is Raam doesn't marry now, he never will, and thus, he doesn't reveal the truth. Raam and Priya are married now and so has Kartik and Nutz. ..

Good morning everyone!

Boo yaa on Navya! I cannot understand what that girl wants!!???!!! On one hand she daringly steals into his bedroom and on the other hand she keeps whining to Anant how about how it is too late and that nothing can happen now - so it best that Anant should proceed with the engagement. Like I said, on paper perhaps it looked good - Navya understanding the importance of family and struggling between her love and breaking her family's trust. But the actress portraying the role, and the director made the scenes look BO-ORING ... they stretched and stretched and stretched, until there was no interest left. Navya's questions and her stand is valid to a certain degree, lekin Soumya's mediocre acting and the pathetic direction makes lessens the impact. So a serial that could've been interesting, becomes annoying ...

Finished my Navya rant for the day!

Re: BALH - I had read about that Amy. Looks like Ram and Priya are going to have a very rocky beginning indeed, which should make for interesting post marriage scenes. All we know is that their marriage is happening - come what may! And THAT is a relief. Nahin toh Kekta would've added her sadist twist by breaking off R-P's wedding in the middle of the pheras.

LadyM-jee, hone ko toh yeh bhi ho sakta hain. Do not underestimate our Ekta maiyya. She will just counter and say that the promos were about RP's marriage AFTER they both marry 4 people each, who either die, turn evil, turn evil and then die, come back to life, die again and/or have affairs with each other. And then finally, in year 7, RP will get married and the promos wali story will begin 😳

@Amy - I read that but I can't imagine how true it is. Till now, they have not shown Priya having a Facebook page or indeed any awareness of social, business, or economic issues; they have not even shown her supposed work for the NGO she was apparently a part of...toh this whole business angle doesn't make that much sense to me. Par chalo, let's see. Though I am disappointed in most of the last week, I have not yet given up on this show and I do hope that I am not proven wrong.

Puneet Issar to play Jarasandh in Dwarkadheesh

Puneet Issar, Duryodhan of Mahabharat will essay the role of King Jarasandh in Imagine's Dwarakdheesh..

Imagine's Dwarkadheesh - Bhagwaan Shree Krishna, produced by Sagar Pictures is all set to launch on 4th July at the 8 pm slot. Veteran actor Puneet Issar, who is even today remembered as Duryodhan of Mahabharat will play a vital role in the show.

Our source says, "Puneet Issar will essay the able and powerful role of King Jarasandh, the ruler of Magadh. He will be seen from the third episode onwards. Jarasandh's two daughters get widowed when Krishna slays their husband, Kans. This angers Jarasandh and he determines himself to attack Mathura. The repeated attacks on Mathura by Jarasandh in fact forces Krishna to relocate his capital city to Dwaraka".

Puneet Issar is presently seen in Sahara One's Kahani Chandrakanta Ki...

Hey LadyM! How's it going?

@Amy: LOL yeah I know the show isn't your type...but invariably it seems our "kesar kesar' talks get too much in here...lol

Yeah I'd read that bit of the BALH synopsis many weeks back...let's see how the lead up to the wedding goes...the writing in the show has been so poor this week that anything is possible out of the blue...even Priya being some kind of NGO activist...she sure has the activist demeanor otherwise...

Vasu - IF that happens, then I will quit the show for sure. But for now, I am still hanging on to it like you :-) I can never tolerate KZK, KGGK or KKSBKBT kind of shows ... I do like drama and twists. But not those kinds. In fact the misunderstanding bit was simply old Kekta-school type. How come people do not mention names when they ask for Rishta? It is simply unheard of. I mean, Niharika should've said - hum aap ki badi beti ki liye Ram ka Rishta laye hain or something like that. How difficult is it to say so? Or Shipra asking Niharika - kaun? Ayesha!?!!?? But nahin, they HAD to make it silly. Aisa kabhi hota hai kya? One of the reasons, Kekta's serials are not doing well these days is because she has lost touch with the reality. Agree, we all need drama in our lives, but thinking that the audience has brains the size of peanuts is simply wrong!

Btw, I wanted to mention - although I don't participate in the discussions, I almost always read your posts in the BALH forum. They are very interesting and thought provoking.

Hi Anu - I am doing well. How are you? Just got back from Houston. Was away on a business trip for two days. I liked the city. Though I didn't get to do much in terms of sight-seeing. But the traffic is nerve wreaking dude! Thank God in live in a small city where the traffic is manageable.

Amy - Re: Kesar, kesar, kesar - I couldn't agree more 😆 Sometimes I silently lurk around here these days

lol they also changed the charactersketch of ram's step mum, didn't they? in their little synopsis of the show and character info profile, it says that ram's step mum displays gratitude for what all he's done for her and her kids and actually cares about him. But the character in the show is shown to be different...hmmm.

ROFL! Nutz's character sketch reads she is a schizophrenic girl!😆 Then why aren't they getting her some psychiatric help? where's her Haldol or Ativan?

@LadyM--- good! and i thought i was the only one😆.
Oh Houston! my uncle lives there. We went there 2 summers ago. You see so many desis there!😆 My uncle and aunt took us to this place where there are all these indian shops and restaurants and stuff...and you see desis walking around like in india😆
Same with that one place in LA. There's a whole strip of desi shops and restaurants there.
Even though there are 4 or 5 desi restaurants and indian groceries in my city, you still don't see that many desis as you see in Houston or LA or NY or NJ of course.
