Wait, did KJo just go ahead and pass a comment on the validity of the insititution of marriage IN GENERAL?! Wow.. I'm still trying to figure out what gave him the right or the expertise to generalize and judge the institution in general, given that he hasn't been married and probably doesn't intend on. If that comment is just for the film fraternity, then I might shrug it off with a grain of salt.. But itni sweeping judgement.. *shakes head* He really is full of himself and with every word out of his mouth, he keeps reiterating that fact. 😳

LOL!!! Watch a good movie - we can totally brain storm one for you abhi.. What do you feel like watching? I like action and adventure genres too.
right now I have that movie The Adjustment Bureau with Matt Damon.

lol i have had it but couldn't make myself watch it for some reason. i like matt damon movies as well. hmmm

It just seems like one of those movies that you have to be in the mood to watch.. Because there's a high chance that it just ends up being eh.. 😆

Yes he passed a sweeping judgement on the entire institution of marriage but a lot of his own personal biases show up in his statements...ESPECIALLY the one about alternate sexual orientations😆...honestly if this is REALLY his view, he should have made SRK's character bisexual/gay in KANK and indulged this "theory " of his to his heart's content

And yes, KJo needs to step out of his filmy world and see marriages OUTSIDE of bollywood where maybe, just MAYBE Mr. KJo, not EVERYONE is busy cheating on their spouses.

I think these are all just excuses from ppl who THEMSELVES have no monogamous tendencies and want to justify their cheap ideologies...

There is no POINT to marriage as an institution if this is REALLY the "truth" about society...there are cases of every kind...but you can't make a freakin GENERAL statement about how fidelity is so passe and there is no such thing as a faithful man...It's kind of ironically hilarious to me that THIS man has been responsible for the ULTIMATE cheesefest family movies in bollywood history and HE is so cynical about fidelity and marriage...he can keep his preferences to himself...but why is he being so presumptuous as to presume the entire world is like that?
