Actor Rajeev Khandelwal has chosen the offbeat track.

The actor who was spotted after a long hiatus in the film Shaaitan says, "I have no plans as such to stay away from commercial projects but am waiting for the right kind of roles," he said. "I am not really into off-beat cinema. I am just trying to discover myself as an actor and it feels good when my work gets appreciated," he shared. He will be seen in a role change from a cop to a disc jockey in the upcoming project Sound track alongside Soha Ali Khan.

The film revolves around a small town boy, trying to find a foothold in Mumbai as an artist. "There is nothing new or novel in the storyline but the treatment is different," says the actor who has signed a romantic film directed by Tanuja Chandra opposite Raima Sen.
