I had lost 10 kgs earlier but since april mein surgery hui thi toh thoda sa gain hogaya na..isiliye I need to lose😳

I take nimbu pani with honey these days😆

I heard from many yoga teachers that nimbu pani with honey is more beneficial anyway jisko jo suit kare 😆
even black coffee helps but uff I can't drink it..bahot bitter hoti hai😆
