A bosu ball is like a half ball. i.e. if you cut a big ball in half and cover the open half with a flat disc, you get a bosu ball. To be more specific, I HATE it when the instructor asks me to balance on one foot and circle it in the air, while standing precariously on the bosu ball - jismey main doh pairon par mushkil se khadi reh pati hoon 😭
