@nimrah: LOL!! I know - but I was honestly so pissed off by the way this was handled. That Mufti Sahab was getting on my nerves. And even more so was that Kamran dude. I wanted to smack him across the face.

Sara "Islam" larki pe aa k khatam ho jata hai. Ap pey kuch nahi lagta? If she acted wrong (and I agree she did) then how can you justify acting "wrong-er" in an attempt to tell her how bad she had been?

Such bakwass. I was fuming ghussey sey all morning. I think I ranted all on my dad. He had a deer-caught-in-the-head-light look about him.. He had no clue I was getting mad at all men and yelling at him for it.. 🤣

@Mash: Yeah usually we only think that Brennan goes into robot mode from time to time but this time toh EVERYONE in the epi was acting weird.....like I was saying yesterday, it felt like they were just going through the motions....their cues, without any logic or in keeping with their actual characterizations.....God only knows where HH is going with this.....to bring me to such a level where Booth repels me and everything he says and does just feels so FAKE....it's just sad :S.....this is a character I've admired so much....whatever happened to, "You ARE the standard, Bones"? Where is THAT Booth?

I toh was trying to have a valid discussion about Madhu but ppl just took off on another set of tangents and aevein started getting personal....problem yeh hai naa that certain ppl get all "hurted" seeing anyone say anything about the oh so perfect Madhu ji *rolls eyes*....then THEY start passing sarcastic comments at ppl and if for a change we reply back directly, then they try to act all innocent...whatever *rolls eyes*

He was such a lota.. na idhar ka, na udhar ka! 😆 But there was this one moment where Veena says to mufti sahab ke aap ne apni behen ka husan kahan dekha!? I mean dude W*F ! You dont say such stuff to a moulvi! You weirdo! That man was just trying to highlight one positive aspect of you.. 😆 Aur agar yeh log live calls lete na, tou Veena ki sahi dhiajjiyan urti.. seriously! I would have been one of the people calling up to give gaalis to her.. 😆

@nimrah: See yaar, for some reason I do not agree with this public defamation of a person - girl or boy - in the name of Islam. And I especially don't agree with the bullying that ensues in an attempt to do so. I might be living too far away from Pakistan for way too long, but to me what happened on TV was not Islam.

If that Mufti Sahab REALLY, truely wanted to explain to her how wrong she was, he could have done it in person. Aisey TV pe pehley galiyan dey k aur baad mein "behen behen" bol k karne ki zaroorat nahi thie.

I don't see why she has to represent all of Pakistan and all Pakistani women - I really don't.. She is just Veena Malik and she can choose to do what she does with her life. And we can hate the choices she made FOR HERSELF. But I don't think we have a right to burden her with making choices for all of us. She certainly didn't represent me or my family that lives in Pakistan when she went on BB. She represented herself and I thought she did a pretty vulgar representation of herself. But it was in no way a representation of the whole nation.

I mean Pakistan mein really honestly aur bhi log hain jo yehi sab karte hain - toh what are we saying? As long as we do it in the confines of our country, we can go on urah-ing dhajiyan of our religion.. but God forbid we do the same in some other country?!

Isn't THAT hypocritical? And aren't hypocritics considered not to be a part of Islam..?

I am jus saying k woh ghalat thie, I admit. But woh MUJHEY represent nahi kar rahi thie.. Not any more than any other girl in Pakistan does and not any more than any of these so called "Islamist" who blow up kids and rape women do..

She was just representing herself and she shouldn't be publically prosecuted for her personal choices. Warna kaal toh har larki ko khara kar k beizzat kar sakte hain because her choices don't fit in the "maulvi's" norm book.

Why don't these maulvis and muftis take out fatwas against people that blow up innocent bystanders? Or rape and murder women? Or kill baby girls? I mean fatwe sirf Veena Malik k liye hi reh gaye hain..?

I don't know yaar.. Maybe I've been living in the US too long. But this just didn't sit well with me at all.
