Now see i moved that blue button to left side and see the preview pic...You can only see MSK 😍
and Geet is not show..now..in order to fix this we will use pan crop

The RED Underlined On the End of First Image...
You can see two things

First white sqaure is called.."Pancrop" and second one the plus like structure is know as "Video FX"

That thakk thak effect is Go to Transition<Dissolve<White or any colour you like
drag it between two Split Videos You wil see that after you applied the transition it will jooin the two videos.....Place your pointer on the edge of that koint a one side curved arrow will appear simple drag and thinn the joint.... make it something like..0.4
