@Raju ji - Thats what i m saying the issue is pretty serious ..media has taken it to some other level ...Raja ? he is no less ...he himself admitted he abused shweta physically ....so he has no right to be judgmental in this case

Rahul Mahajan's second wife, Kolkata model Dimpy Ganguly, left his Worli house in the early hours of Thursday after what she has described as a night of violent abuse. Mumbai Mirror met up with Dimpy at Dadar on Thursday, just hours after she left Rahul's house vowing never to return. There were bruises on her shin, right and left hand, while her left cheek was swollen. There was also a lump on her head.

Dimpy said Rahul beat her up early on Thursday morning after waking her up to know the contents of a message that had just beeped on her phone. Since the phone had the key-pad lock on, Rahul was unable to operate it. When Dimpy asked him to let her sleep, he flew into a rage and began hitting her. She said he punched, kicked and dragged her by her hair. When she could not take it any more, Dimpy pushed him, picked up her phone, ran down the stairs and hid in the passageway. This was 3.30 am. Dimpy then called a friend, who picked her up around 4 am. Her father arrived at Rahul's house at 4 pm after she related the incident to him over the phone. That's when she returned to the house, packed her bags and left.

When contacted, Rahul denied he hit Dimpy. "It is not true at all. I just had dinner with Dimpy's father," he said.
Dimpy, who married Rahul on TV reality show Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jayega in March this year, had made desperate calls for help to her family and friends in the past couple of weeks.

A source said the abuse had started just a month after their national TV wedding. "However, the intensity increased in the past month-and-a-half," he said. Dimpy further said that the problems started after her insistence on appearing for her second year exam. Rahul was not happy with her trips to Kolkata for the same.
When he got angry, he would also get physical. "One such fight got so out of hand that I had to call my mother-in-law. Later he was angry that I had involved his mother in the affair," Dimpy said.

She also alleged that during another fight, Rahul had pointed a gun at her. "He is a nice guy, but when he loses it, there is no telling what he might do." This is not the first time Rahul, son of late Bharatiya Janata Party leader Pramod Mahajan, has been accused of domestic violence. Media reports had indicated his separation from his first wife, commercial pilot Shweta Singh, was because he used to hit her. The couple divorced in August 2008.

Gosh this Rahul needs to get a life. I am sure the other participants of his swayamvar must be happy that he did not select them. Ewwww Rahul ! 🤢

Rahul-Dimpy celebrate their birthday!

Amongst much speculations, Rahul Mahajan got married to Dimpy Ganguly on India's first TV wedding few months back. And today on 25th July, the couple will be celebrating their first birthday together. Yes, the couple share a common birth date.

Mr and Mrs Mahajan spoke their heart out over a telephonic conversation.

What are your birthday plans? Anything special planned for the day?
Rahul: It's our first birthday together and we have plans with both friends and family. First we plan to cut the cake and celebrate it on 24th night when the clock ticks 12. Morning will be spent with family, especially with my mom. Therafter we plan to celebrate with our friends.
Dimpy: I don't have any huge expectations from the day. I just want to make it simple, let's see what happens.

Any special gifts planned?
Rahul: I am busy finding a cute small puppy for Dimpy. This is what she has asked for her birthday. We already have a dog but it is a big breed. She wants a small cute dog, just like her!

How was your honeymoon? And the most memorable time during your honeymoon.
Rahul: Maldives is a living paradise. It is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen in my life. I can't disclose anything more than this. (He laughs)
Dimpy: My most memorable moment would be when we went fishing and Rahul caught a fish especially for me. To add to the fun, it was served to me next day for lunch.

Any plans for a second honeymoon?
Rahul: Yes we will be going for our second honeymoon soon

What do you both do in your free time? Any common interests?
Rahul: We both love to watch movies. Right now we are watching a movie called 'Valentine' starring Denise Richards and Katherine Heigl at home.

How did your exams go, Dimpy?
Dimpy: My exams went well and I hope to score some good marks too. Fingers crossed!

Did Rahul learn to speak Bengali?
Dimpy: Yes a bit!
Rahul: I have learnt few words and soon I plan to speak it better than Dimpy!

Rahul, what do you like most about Dimpy?
Rahul: I think it would be her intelligence... it keeps me going... and not to forget her beautiful smile.

What do you dislike about Dimpy?
Rahul: There is nothing that I dislike about her, but yes I don't like it when she acts stubborn.

Dimpy, what do you love and hate most about Rahul?
Dimpy: There is nothing that I hate about Rahul. He is an extremely caring and loving husband.

What is the most expensive gift Rahul has gifted you?
Rahul: I gifted myself to Dimpy; it's the most expensive gift I could have got for her.

Rate your marriage on a scale of 10.
Rahul : 10 on 10! We both are having a great time. So far it's going great.
Dimpy: 10 again! It's great fun to be with Rahul. He is a wonderful person.

Any new projects where we can see you both together?
Dimpy: Yaa.. there are some projects we both are doing together but at this point of time I can't disclose it. But yes, you will be seeing us on TV soon.

What about your Desi Girl experience?
Dimpy: It was fun to be on Desi Girl. All the girls were good to me. They all worked really hard on the show. Rahul also enjoyed a lot. So much so that he wanted to stay there for some more time.

Any song that you would like to sing together?
Aa chal ke tujhe, main le ke chaluun ik aise gagan ke tale jahan gam bhii na ho, aansoo bhi na ho bas pyaar hii pyaar pale.......
