Anu, your review of JTYJN.. ditto!! ditto! You explained what I wanted to say in a much better way! 😆 I was getting bored dopahar main so I decided to post here and there.. and since JTYJN is one my favs. I decided why not a discussion on it.. 😆 But woah man, I was soo shocked to read people hated that movie!? Like seriously?! 😕 I can relate to the shock of people hating DDLJ.. All my cousins are so anti-ddlj.. Its only me that keeps on drooling over that movie! 😆

LOL I loved your review too yaar....was browsing the bolly section aevein and after seeing your post, I felt like talking about the movie too otherwise toh you only see two extremes in there....either drooling or trashing the movie....lol.....JYTJN was cute....IHLS tried to be something like it in a way but didn't quite make it in my opinion....waise bhi Jai-Aditi and the rest of the gang were far more fun as characters to begin with.

Anu - Don't ask yaar! They all make weird faces whenever I watch that movie.. *rolls eyes* I mean come on, DDLJ is a classic! and then they try to convince me that SRK looked bad in it.. and I keep on saying that he looked cute in it. Even if I didn't find SRK good looking in that movie.. I absolutely love the chemistry between SRK and Kajol. The story which now seems to be a cliche was quite original then and the character of Raj tou is the bestest ever.. 😆

By the way, in one of Sonam's tweets I read she was apologizing to someone.. You know the story behind this? Recently Rajeev Masand and Amitabh Bachchan are in a fight.. 😆

Dude, I don't ever consider SRK good looking....but what the man has without a doubt is amazing charm of his own kind....that is what made Raj special in DDLJ...and yes, DDLJ was the original that everyone copied ENDLESSLY from since....haha....and seeing as I saw the original in my childhood, it did leave a permanent impact on me ;-_

Oh the twitter controversy....*sigh* So much ugliness....seriously this De woman is pathetic and honestly Sonam should have kept quiet....but guess that's where her emotional and rash side comes in :S

Well the story is that Shobha De posted a scathing review of IHLS in which she trashed the movie and said that Punit should be spanked in public for making this movie.....Punit then tweeted on his account, 'please pay no heed to Shobha De....she's a fossil who is frustrated cuz she isn't getting any and she's going through menopause"....or something to that effect.....Sonam retweeted a 'haha' for that for like 2 mins but later deleted it.....but by then the damage was done.....the whole thing spread like wildfire and there were articles about this big 'war' and all then there were fights in the bolly forum cuz ppl were disgusted with Punit for saying something like that and then Sonam cuz she retweeted it and then it got uglier later on with Shobha De retaliating in an article saying that this shows ppl's upbringing etc. etc......so yesteday Sonam tweeted an apology I think and the matter's ended for now I think.....hopefully....lol

I read about the RM and AB fight too....haha....soooo much drama on Twitter, man....I was browsing through the twitter topic in bolly section just now too and this bollywood gandhu person's tweets are freakin howlarious, man🤣

But wow, Punit needed not mentioning menopause and all just because she didn't enjoy the movie.. critics ka tou kaam hi hai movies ki dhajiyan urana.. 😆 But then I don't really know how twisted this Shobha De is.. everyone seems to really hate her though.. 😆 As for the Rajeev Masand and Amitabh issue.. Honestly, that picture of Akshay smiling like that sitting with a person so ill looks weird.. but then I don't really care about this issue.. 😆
