meine dinner office mein hi kiya.... abhi i made food for tomorrow... my plan was to make karel asabzi n chana daal n buy rotis from rajbhog...but i got bored so, i just made south indian authentic methi daal and after some time i will make rice....
haha... may be she is tired....😃

yaa..she gets very tired...she has more hrs of work too..I can't manage even part time..bechari..she has guests at home too.

dinner i always do at the office at 6.30 . one roti n sabzi one apple...

2 different types of methi daal can be made :
one is just boil toor & moon daal and cut fresh methi and fry it a bit and put it in the regular daal...
second one is pure karnataka and our community style... here what we do is.... in the ghee you make tadka with rai, dry methi seeds, red chillies - howmuchever spice u need. .and kadi patha sabko ghee mein fry karke rakdo.....
boil tor daal ahchche se... for this daal u sh more pout at least 25 % more than the regular one bec this daal needs to be lil thick then only there is taste....
once daal is boiled, pur tamrind, salt and then the one you hv fried, usko haath se crush karna and put it and then nicely boil it till the raw smell goes.... it willbe yummy with rice n gheee...

yeah see... u make tadka... tadka ke liye you put ghee instead of oil.... once heated up put rai and after rai is done, put red chillies, once this is fried, pur dry methi seeds fry till it is brown and htne put kadi patha....
allow it to cool..... then u hv to crush the red chillies right ? bec u will be frying it whole... only if u crush it u will hv the spice and red chillies taste..... i made this one today....😃
