more than Jim, i got more angry with sam as the book proceeded. The way she just surrendered everything to him, it was obvious he was not interested anymore, but she just never could let go. Sometimes i really wanted to go and shake her up and be like woman!!! he doesnt want you. move on!! lol

I don know Shilps...i kind of understood Sam's plight more than Jim's...She loved him.Thats enough a reason to feel what she was..I anyways dint like Jim from the very beginning but the sudden coldness he started showing towards her was just real weird :S

ya Jim definitely didnt like. esp when he just started blowing her off.

And ya i agree, I could see where Sam was coming from, she was head over heels in love with. But i just felt that she should have had some kind of self respect for herself too. Esp when he ya ignoring her soo much, he didn't even bother about her.

But I liked that letter Jim finally wrote to her, it kind of gave her a closure. She still loved him, and was willing to take him back if and when he came back. But still it made her stop hurting herself for him like she has been all those days.
