Most of the things mentioned in the above paragraph from the book is in fact longanimity in the disguise of patience 😕. That's what we all do when it comes to getting things done with the government. I had to run around my university for nearly six months for a small correction in one of my marks card in Bangalore and wait for another six months to get my degree certificate.

Patience is definitely a skill, which not many people possess. I do think that it can depend on certain situations. Sometimes we have no choice but to be patient. I firmly believe in: Patience is a virtue. 😃😃

For me, I have always had a lot of patience, but I have learned to be even more patient with time.

I prefer the latter too and it's probably a good idea that he changed it. My chances of picking up the book, with the first or the second subtitle would probably be the same, as my choice of picking up a book mostly depends on the preface provided.

To me, there is not much difference in the way I percieve it, maybe because I read too much between the lines sometimes. Though, I agree with his reasoning, to some extent.

I know what wheedling means, but I too (with my uber-chaste Delhi-stlye Hindi) don't know what chegezi means... perhaps it is the name of a famous wheedler... 🤔

It's probably just a typo.... 'Changazi' is the guy who tries to deceive Mortenson initially by keeping all his building materials and not willing to return them back. 😊

Well, I'm reading HP as it is. 😆

Not finding pdf.... I tried different sites with no luck... Google books website has the preview version and there are only 65 pages visible out of some 300+ pages. I can do better reading than the audio books 😕 that are available online... Planning to borrow it from the library in case everyone are reading ELandIC. I dont want to buy any more books or else moving would be a big headache

edit: I will finish 3CoT first (6 more chapters to finish) and then will read the next book Blot ji... Already I am reading Earthsea too 😊.
