on that day when you posted the links...

i tried to watch the first episode...

but the video link was so slow..

so watched only for 3minites...

Now those links are not working for me.....😭

Whenever in pensive mood I did write

My little thoughts jotted on the paper white

As I paused for a moment just to think

My tears would mingle with my pen's ink

My thoughts I kept well stored away

Which I'd read again at the end of the day

Words enmeshed in a web of memory

That would race the lines of my diary

Every word was a pearly gem to me

That showed my joys which ran freely

Some like old petals of a flower well pressed

That had turned thin and pale in my distress

My feelings I poured out on every page

Peeling laughter at every odd stage

Sometimes sniffs were heard above the din

Whenever my heart ached from within

Some pages fill me with great peace

And I am glad I jotted down these

Moments of fun, quiet or sorrow

With always a hope of a better tomorrow .......................

This book is more sacred to me than treasure

The jewels here are my smiles in leisure

My feelings real and not in small magnitude

While I sit and read and reflect in solitude .

yes indeed he did still its just so hauntingly beautiful melody and suits the storyline of serial..i should put analysis somewhere u r right...
that serial has really touched me
tried reading book online too but am really bad with urdu now,my skill shave deteriorated further.... 😭

One of my favourites from Mamta. That was also a sad story of a woman who had lost her love. very tragic story ,its my fav film apart from pyasa and mughleazam..so mother daughter concept came in my mind from that film only.....and yes name saba....too suits...

The first verse wasn't catching up so well (much of the words went over my head because of the urdu), but the second one matched to the T. The idea that she will live on was terrific. as i mentioned in earlier post had to make philosphical connection of autumn and spring of one's life.....😉

Khoye hum aise ..................... and the look of the forlorn Saba's face superbly matched....... 👍🏼

Kya hai milna..... kya bichadna nahi hai yaad humko. The ring sequence was just too good. The ring finally passing on to the daughter ............ Isi sar zameen pe hum to rahenge ........ saba now in form of sara???????? That's my perspective.......Was it yours too???totaly also ...that for happiness of daughter ..a woman can sacrifice anything like kalyani does for her daughter in mamta...and hwo she sees she will live on in her daughter..part of her will be there...😭

And then Mohd Rafi voice to focus on Haider and Sara was really a masterstroke ........i thought of idea again from original film when kalyani's daughter and inderneel both r singing and she hears them....and feels nostalgic,took me soem time to find mohd rafi and suman kalaynpur version of the famous solo of lata...am so happy u liked it ,its also to depict taht time changes as u mentioned

Jab hum na honge ....... showing the repentant Arfeen at her grave was marvellous

And in contrast the happiness of the young couple ....... everything is chalte chalte.

And lastly using the sea waves constantly rolling shows time doesn't wait for anybody ..... chalte chalte.yes life moves on but memeories r left forever..........this is how i wanted to end it
