yes he said that he tried to contact them in evry way before posting the blog but Hirani on the other side said he didnt recieve any kind of mail,msg or call from Bhagat..

and yep, he wants to milk big time but I find his side of story quiet weak..he might be gaining from all this but ..IF they come face to face,any trial in front of media or in court,he doesnt stands any chance to win the battle
plus,he said he hadnt read the script of 3 idiots but Hirani or Chopra said he himself gave a long time to Bhagat in his office to go through the script

edit-and the movie took a long time to make,why didnt Bhagat raise any kinda objection,then??aur bhi bahut points hai mere paas..phew 😆
