Has anyone seen Bihu dance... it's so beautiful ... 😍 When we were in Assam, daughters of our neighbor knew the Bihu dance, and they were beautiful Assamese girls... and when they used to dress-up in Mekhla Chador (the Assamese dress) and get ready for the dance... it used to be so cool... and seeing them dance used to be an absolute treat. 😊

The khichdi is the main dish of the day, and til is associated with Makkar Sankranti... so people usually talk about them. And, I am not sure if the mentioned custom is followed by other families, but we follow it... 😊
