MPD update....i didnt write anything since last week. Dint feel like..plus time bhi nahi tha..was busy with guests..

"do people suffering from MPD always know about their various alters?"

always? No. Many patients dont understand whts happening with them until they see a therapist...who finds out how many personalities s/he has and then helps the patient.

in a few cases, patients do remember conversations with their alters...but they dont really understand how they got split and wht should be done to be cured.

did u understand or have i confused u?

its just clicked! no its not the only reason..

see, the split can also happen bcoz of alot of abuse. and then u block out those memories so that they dont haunt u..thats why it becomes veyr difficult for the therapist to find that memory and heal
