this is the version before the actual wedding with all four brides, but I think I remember them using the same tune for the dress-up song prior to the swayamvar also, but different lyrics... couldn't find a vid though. But have you checked out the post-wedding dialogues in SK?? It's like with each and every one of them, RS was trying to undo all of the typical submissive Vidaai stuff from the song to cheer us girls up 😆
First Ugrasen gives Vasudev a lecture that's the opposite of what Sunaina gave SUMS and Mrs. Kushadhwaj gave Devaki, telling him that he must worship his wife as he worships God and put his life on the line if anyone tries to harm even a hair on her head 😍 Then after the whole prophecy biz, when they get home, first he cutely jokes around about the grand welcome she got (or lack thereof), she says I owe you my life cuz your wisdom and guts just saved me, and he goes "husbands and wives don't owe each other anything, dear... they themselves belong to one another" 😍 No wonder all the vidaai stuff was forgotten 😆

I know, the whole exchange between VasuDevaki after they arrive at his kingdom is soooooo sweet considering what had just happened. I'm sure poor Devaki (who must have been terrified out of her wits already) must have felt reassured and very much in love.😳

Lol its such an unexpectedly cute scene... esp since these were characters that got sidelined in most earlier mytho movies and presentations, giving them such a sweet fluff scene so soon after their introduction was an instant clue that RS was gonna treat them differently... and no one's be able to match it since 😍

Whoever says love after marriage cannot happen is out of his/her mind. It very much can, taking into mind our beloved mytho characters (and some real life examples too😉).
