I dunno..I felt she couldn't emote well, the required emotions did not come across well :S
Anyway, to each his own :)
I feel like having a heavy discussion, whose with me?

Yeah I thought she was decent too. I know a lot of people who didn't like LAK, but atleast they respect my opinion too.

But when I read that we all have opinions comment I was like seriously, do you remember what you post here yourself.

Delhi 6 - there was nothing to decode because the film decoded its own metaphors and symbolism in the corny 20 minute climax. I would have liked it a lot more if there was something to decode.

I think she didn't have much to do except for look shy all the time.. 😆 but she's really nice in her interviews and all.

Yeah and thought she was a bit awkward in the scene where Veer got beaten up. But she wasn't bad either.

So Neetz what do you want to discuss?

Haha I liked Delhi-6. I think it was a good reflective film on the underlying hypocrisy, fragileness in mentality, religious disputes etc in the Indian society, particularly among the lower middle class ( as shown in the film )
How people are ready to kill each other at the drop of a hat, or how a rumour about an unnamed killer let loose on the streets invokes fear among the people, how there is discrimination on the basis of cast, religion, gender etc. It was a simple film made with complete honesty.
Keeping cynism at bay, at the end of the day, I would rather be in Chandni Chowk than the US simply because it radiates a homely feeling.
But yes, I so agree that the climax could have been done better. It was rather lame. LOL.

@ Kully - Her shyness looked wierd too :S LMAO. Consider the song she had to dance to - It seriously made me cringe. I don't want the heroine to be a perfect dancer with all her thumkas accurate, but then she shouldn't be made to look like the perfect dancer in the first place :S Oh and the perfect singer too lol.
But you're right that she didn't have enough screen time, so I may be wrong about her lol.
@ Geet - I don't know, suggestion?

Till the climax I felt the same way as you did Neetz. Even though I found the editing slightly choppy. But the climax really annoyed me because I almost felt like screaming "Shut Up" at Abhishek B, and Atul Kulkarni so they would stop ruining the film.

I haven't seen D-6 yet so I don't really know anything about it.

I do agree there, Neetz. Thoda Thoda Pyaar was totally random.
