Lol, this is why I blame the girls, and not necessarily men. They are too blinded by lowe to connect to any sort of reality, and build up psuedo expectations that are almost never reciprocated.

Like I said, if Rakhi had a brain, the three words would automatically raise suspicion. There is no such thing as love at first sight as that only involves infatuation and is based on preconceived notion of the person and not actual knowledge of them. While that notion may prove true and thus the line from infatuation to love may be imperceptible it was not love until the knowledge was gained.

Ultimately I think that love is the same (literally) as true friendship. Many people "think" they are in love in the moment, but the object of their affection turns out to be not interested, faking it, and/or a sociopath. In these cases I think that lust (possibly "at first sight") gave way to an overwhelming desire, and probably obsession, that clouded their judgment. Assuming they had any to begin with. When it's true love, after the insanely strong attractions have faded and minds have cleared, and all you're left with is friendship, then it's love. Any couple that is 80, and claims they feel "the same" about their partner that they did when they first met, is either lying or they just weren't that into each other initially.

So love in the romantic sense is nothing more than having a best friend with benefits. In this case, sex is just an expression of that love (which could be shown in multiple other ways).

Oh yeah, and friendship (and thus love) is often not reciprocated either. It's why (some) husbands/wives cheat (they confuse lust with love), why friends stab each other in the back, and why (some) kids don't love their parents back. And it's usually due to selfishness, stupidity, or Hollywood.
