My prediction:

1. Cry baby: Elaish - She likes his HOT accent?! And, the fact he is from Toronto, plus she has NOT seen his parents, so he has some level advantage.
2. Dumbmohan - No matter what this guy does. Rakhi MELTS in front of him. So, although she has absolutely NO future with him, yet I have a feeling she will keep him for a bit.
3. Manas - She finds the guy MATURE, but to me this kid appears to be hyper. I don't see them lasting, yet she is impressed by his mom, and somewhat by him.
4. Shit face - Well, shitface is shitface. Don't see this guy winning at all, since she has praised the other three a lot more than this guy.
