Shelly, IBL stands for Indian Bhikaari League😆. There the frustrated MNians, who beg for some good MN scenes, vents out their frustration over the crappiness in the form of spoofs..........

PS.....the IBL gang rocks!!!!.......their spoofs are hilarious
