@soha : much as i want i cant fight your ur case ..... infact i cant even fight a case in india ... still have yo get my license fro the BAR council !!!

neways coming back to ur case ..... c the tendons issue is all screwed up ... even if your lawyer now wants u to withdraw the case ... dont listen to that slacker. . coz the MAIN POINT in my opinion is being IGNORED ..... the negligence of the company .... the trauma u had to go through for 6 months ... u were 17 then right ..... senior yr in high school ... do they have any idea how difficult that made things for u

jus because the injury is healed now doesnt it it wasnt there in the first place. ... even now u cant type for long hours .... what did they want to have happened to ur hand for them to take a STAND !!!!

also being in a service industry the company has flouted health safety norms ...... see if u can google them .. take a printout of these safety norms ... that could b an annexure ...

It's a love story set in the political world which is full of corruption. It is a really good movie. It has Nana Patekar, Tabu, Sunil Shetty, etc. I would recommend it if you haven't seen it already.

Kanu, I have all of yours and Madam Caro's points written down on a piece of paper, and I plan to bring them up with my lawyer, but the jerk is always so busy :( Ah, I shouldn't have gotten involved in this in the first place. Law class made it seem like I can sue anyone for anything. Hpmh!
