well i'm sure there's a couple of ways to do it...if ur using psp9 then u would select all ur frames by pressing Ctrl+A and then rite click on the 1st frame and click Export to Paint Shop Pro. Once it's there (all the frames will be on the same canvas.) U just use ur selection tool and choose the circle selection from the options. Take that tool and make a cirlce around ur image (this should include the parts that u want). Then once u have the parts u want inside the circle, go to selections>>invert. Then hit the delete key.

Go down to each layer (ur frames are separete layers), and keep hitting the delete key. Once u're done, click on the red X to close the canvas (yes u really do that). That will make a box pop up that will say "Do you want to update bk to animation shop?". You click on YES. Now ur animation will be in a circle shape in animation shop.

U can add it to ur siggy just like u would anything else that animates like glitter or floaties.
