"Wow! What a cool rehearsal hall" I spoke in amazement as I looked around.

The team had enthusiastically given me a tour of the entire college and now we were at their favourite destination- the rehearsal hall.

Well obviously, a rehearsal hall would be the favourite destination of any dancer.

"Mujhe tum sab ka dance dekhna hai please!" I pleaded.

"Haan haan. Hum sab toh tumhare entertainment ke liye yahaan hai na" spoke Rey with sarcasm dripping in his tone.

Just when I was going to retort, Sharon interrupted.

"Rey shut up!" she said in a siren mode. No wonder why everyone calls her siren. But whatever, I'm loving this girl!

"Tumhein dance nahin karna hai toh matt karo. Hum Taani ke liye perform karenge" she said as she smiled at me.

"Whatever" replied Rey in a disinterested tone as he strolled towards the corner of the hall.

The team excluding Rey gave an amazing performance on the song 'Bezubaan'. Honestly, I had turned into their fan after watching their performance.

"Kaisa lagaa performance?" asked Swayam who now is my mooh bola bhai.

"That was superb!" I praised them as I gave them a round of applause.

"Tumhein dance aata hai kya?" asked Nilesh.

"Nahin bhi aata hai toh koi baat nahin, apun sab hai na tere ko dance sikhane ke liye" added Bharat in his tapori style.

"That's sweet of you guys" I replied with a smile. "Par mujhe thoda bohut dance aata hai."

"Oh yeah? Prove it" said a voice. The voice belonged to Reyansh Singhania. Surprise surprise!

"Oh yes I will!" I accepted the challenge.

The music began and I swayed on the beats of 'Sun Saathiya'. The music finished and by the looks on their faces, the team seemed pretty impressed by my performance.

"Done!" said Sharon randomly, confusing everyone in the room.

"What done?" asked Swayam curiously.

"Aaj se tum humare dance team ki official member ho. Please mana matt karna, at least jab tak Sara waapis aa jaaye" she pleaded.

"What? No way! Iss ka matlab yeh meri partner hongi?" cried Reyansh.

Being part of the team would mean spending more time with Khadoos Singhania. And that would mean I would get more chances to piss him off. Perfect!

"Sure Sharon. I would love to be part of this team" I spoke, giving a smirk in Reyansh's direction.

After some more chit chat and bonding with the team, I headed towards Singhania House' in an auto and Rey went with Swayam to his house probably to rant about me like a little girl.

Kaka welcomed me sweetly but I could tell by his pale face that he was not feeling well hence I forced him to go home and take some rest.

I lay on the sofa for 20 minutes to relax myself after that tiring day. My stomach started to grumble so I entered the kitchen to make some food.

"Kaka! Bohut bhook lagi hai. Jaldi khana do na please!" whined Reyansh like a little baby. There was so much peace in the house without him!

"Thoda zeher mila ke du?" I shouted from the kitchen. I could imagine his shocked face even though he was not in front of me.

As expected, he was in the kitchen within 5 seconds.

"Tum kitchen mein kya kar rahi ho? Aur Kaka kahaan hai?" he asked furrowing his eyebrows.

"Zyada sawaal matt karo" I replied. "Chup chap dining table par beth jao. Main khana lagaati hoon."

"Meherbaani kar ke mera ghar matt udaa dena apne experiment se!" he said before heading out of the kitchen.

Ignoring his comment, I continued with my cooking then served the food on the dining table. Reyansh was surprisingly already sitting on the dining table. I sat beside him and started to eat.

"Marr toh nahin jaunga na isse khaane ke baad?" he asked before putting the first morsel in his mouth.

"Try kar ke dekh lo" I replied as I continued munching my food.

Hesitantly, he put the first morsel in his mouth, probably thinking that I actually did put poison in his food.

"Kaisa lagaa khana?" I asked. Not that I cared if he liked or disliked food made by me.

"Theek thaak hai ab" he replied.

"Yaar, tareef karne main bhi tum itna kanjoosi karte ho" I complained.

"Waise ek baat puchu?" I asked curiously.

"Agar main 'nahin' bolunga toh bhi tum puchongi" he said.

"Woh toh hai" I agreed. "Acha, tumhari koi girlfriend hai?"

"Kyun? Tumhein koi problem hai?" he answered.

"Haan hai. Kyunki mujhe uss bechari par bohut taras aa raha hai. Woh kya hai na, mujhe dusro ka dard dekha nahin jaata. Aur tumhein jhela kissi dard se kam nahin hai" I responded in a dramatic tone.

"Tumhara koi boyfriend hai?"

I was about to reply but he did not let me finish my sentence.

"Main na, din raat bhagwaan se pray karoonga ke koi bhi bechara ladka tumhare pyaar ke chakkar main na pade. Aur agar tumhare pyaar mein par bhi jaaye toh bhagwaan usse itni shakti de ke woh tumhein jhel sake."

Saying this he left the table. How I love seeing his irritated face.

After clearing up the table and kitchen, I went to my room and engrossed myself in a book.

I glanced towards the floor for a second then widened my eyes in fear.

"Bachao! Bachao! Bachao!" I screamed as I jumped on my bed.

Within a few seconds, Rey barged into my room with a worried look on his face.

"Kya hua?" he asked. For once his concern seemed genuine.

"Cockroach!" I yelled pointing under the table.

Rey smacked his forehead in disbelief. "Jiss tarah se tum chillayi, mujhe lagaa ke ghar main koi chor ya khooni ghuss aaya hai."

"Arre yeh cockroach kissi chor ya khooni se kam nahin hai. Isse jaldi yahaan se nikaalo please!" I pleaded.

I am Taani Shekhawat. I can deal with absolutely anything. Anything other than creepy crawlies.

As instructed, Rey took the cockroach out of my room.

Great. Now he knows my weak point.

The sun rays shone into my room the next morning, disturbing my sleep. I lazily opened my eyes, only to see a cockroach on the pillow besides me.

"Arrghhh" I screamed jumping on my bed.

The sound of an evil laughter came from underneath my bed. Reyansh got up from the floor and threw the cockroach, which I now realised was fake on my face.

"Good morning Miss Shekhawat" he said as he slowly strolled out of the room.

"Urgghhh! You bloody Singhania" I cursed, throwing a pillow in his direction which unluckily did not even touch him.
