Ya it was interesting...palki mam was right shantanu came on board was a fluke..but actually they were so surprised to see shantanu eacted the character perfectly...starting mein palki mam were frustrated because Swayam's character was her personal favorite and no actor was justifying it untill shantanu came and in trial run he amazed palki mam so much that Swayam's character was reinserted in the story...and last i know palki mam said shantanu suited as Swayam because he actually like that himself...

Oh that's amazing I can understand because in beginning when he was shown as luve struck puppy then also he use to look cute. I think he had that innocent present at that time made his character very lovable to the masses else normally now day people like bad guy or hero kind of character but getting so much fan following after doing simple down to earth without those hero type entries was commendable.
