Honestly, although not much, I had expectations from Ameeta Ma'am, as she had been working with Palki Ma'am since long, and I thought that she would know the dynamics of the show she was about to start handling. I hoped, and I hoped, and I hoped.
And she always disappointed.
I know KR fans are happy now, because of the cute scenes, but honest to God, I had expected a certain flow in their story too, but everything felt sudden to me. So what happens when all the cute scenes are over? When it is time for the story to take over? But anyway, this isn't what this post is about, and I am no one to comment on KR. It's mainly about the creatives, and being majorly a Swaron fan before any other, about SwaRon.
There are some things you just DON'T do, you know, when you are the creative of a show. Not just because it antagonizes the fans who make and break your show, but also because it puts a question mark on your awareness, imagination and creativity. Honestly, watching D3 now, I doubt if the current CVs had been given any briefing about it beforehand.
*Kri-Yam cycle ride.
*SwaRon dori scene.
*"Your wish is my command."
and many, many others.
God I was among the ones who CRINGED when Asmaani Rang Ho background music was played for SwaRon, as it is an AR-exclusive for me. I still hate Basketball-scenes on any other couple than AR. I would kill the director if any other male lead says "Oye hoye" like Armaan. Not just DMG, I have memories with many other shows I've watched and loved.
So if certain scenes, even from other shows, aren't accepted by most people, how do you expect viewers to accept dialogues and scenes of a couple being used for another couple ON THE SAME SHOW?? It not only majorly pisses of people who hold much value to these scenes-those who value them as memories, it makes people ask, how can you be called a 'creative' when you just don't, well, CREATE??
Wake up, Ameeta ma'am. More than the TRPs, you will be known for the story that you create. If you can't, please announce the termination of SwaRon from the story. I can't ask VruShan to quit, it's their choice to make. But Ma'am, your work is making you look really bad right now. Please do something.
What's next? KR dancing on Pehla Nasha and SS on Khuda Jaane??
