"Are you going out?" I asked Kria[her look] while she applied eye make up. She pouted then again got busy with her make up. "Oh Miss. Dehradun at least reply?" I settled on her bed. "Haan with Sneha. Are you coming?"

"Haha shopping with you. No thank uh." I had a habit of teasing her on every little thing as reactions were a bit too cute. "Kria, come down" I heard Sneha shouting downstairs. She showed her tongue and took her bag from the dressing table. "Sneha, I'll be there in a sec."

She was about to move out when I asked "Miss Dehradun if uh get time then please can uh get something for me?" Leaning over the door a reply came from her. "Does your *something* has a name?"

"Yes ofcourse it has a name Italian cream pasta and raaste main agar koi hot and happening girl dikhe then do get her also." I said adjusting my hair with her hair brush. "Sure.. Sure..Why not." She gave a forced smile and left with Sneha for shopping.

Kria lived with my family since she was seven as her parents died in an car crash. Her and mine parents were friends. She was closest friend to me after all we were together since childhood. I shared my secrets with, her laughed with her and teased her a lot.

We had a common group and it was our friend Ashi's engagement. This was a major reason of their shopping. Dresses, make-up, jewellery, Shoes, accessories and some more things whose name I couldn't remember for long.

"Reyaansh, where is Kria?" my mother asked. "Shopping since morning." I said nastily. Mom smiled, "Son, why are you so irritated? You could have accompanied her for shopping." I turned other side without making a sound. "When she's at home you irritate her limitlessly and when she's out you get so much irritated. I just don't understand wat's wrong with you Rey."

"Mom, you wont ever understand also. Now plz start getting ready for the engagement and I'll prepare something. Kria would be on her way to home." I went to kitchen and boiled some potatoes to make prantha.

Giving the round shape to the prantha I threw it on the pan. Applying some refined oil on it I turned it to the other side. "Mom.. Dad.. Reyaansh Im home" Kria shouted from the main door. The aroma of prantha's gave an indication to enter the kitchen.

"Oh masterchef, I've got you italian pasta and Wow prantha's.. hmm nyc." I took the pasta from her hand. "And wat about my hot and happening girl? Where is she?" She giggled. "Sorry, Rey raaste main koi nahi mili. I'll get uh some other day."

Prantha was almost ready. She took out the plate with curd and home made pickle and stood next to me waiting for me to serve it in her plate. I kept the prantha in her plate. "Some more butter please." I dropped butter in her plate in heavy quantity. "Khaao.. khaao aur butter khao den buffalo ban jao."

"I eat butter or desi ghee, its completely my wish." She jumped on the slab on the kitchen. "Wen you'll turn buffalo then don't ask me to drop you to gym." Without giving any attention to my words she ate prantha. Completing the prantha making task I too jumped on the slab.

She shared few bites with me dipping them in curd. "Vaise kya shop kia?" I asked. "Indian outfits, make up, shoes and also had an appointment for hair spa. I've got your sherwani back from alteration." We talked for quite long having our evening snacks which were snacks only for name. We often had heavy food items in evenings.

Our parents had left for the engagement but we were still not ready. I took out sherwani from my cupboard when she entered my room in messed hair. "Rey, you arent ready yet?" she almost screamed. "As if you are ready to go?"

"I forgot my dupatta in your room." Her dupatta was lying on my couch. She tried to adjust the dupatta or should say fougt a battle with it "Rey, tie this dupatta on shoulder with safety pin... jaldi." I left my work and helped her.

I pinned her dupatta and got back to my sherwani. After wearing it I walked to dressing table to take to comb my hair. Her hands also reached for the comb. "Kria, my hair are shorter. I'll quickly comb my hair and give it you." But she never agreed so easily.

"No, I'll comb first."

"No, I'll do it first Kria."

Volume of *I'll do first* increased and we ended up pulling each other's hair. My plan was to pull her hair more when my cell rang. It was mom, "Beta, where are you? " she asked impatiently. "I'm parking the car, I'll see uh in two minutes." I lied.

"Haw, Rey uh lied to mom." She said. "To kya karta? Sach bol deta? dat we were fighting like tom and jerry over a comb and wasted time on pulling each other's hair." We quickly gave the final touches and ran towards the car.

"Kria, where are the keys?" She[her look] threw the keys from her bag. I[his look] caught the keys and entered the car through the window only. "uh could have used the door?" she taunted. "Itna time nahi tha. Now lets go otherwise food will get finished there."

We reached there and I parked the car. This time she used the window to come out but her lehenga stuck in the window. "Now uh could have also used the door?" She tried to come out. "Itna time nahi hai. Now don't give lecture and help."

I tried to pull her out, "Why you wore such a heavy lehenga?" She made a face at that. I entered the hall running and she was behind me. "Hum aah gaye." I said aloud. Ashi was about to put the ring in her faince's hand. "At least you're here. I thought you wont even come."

Ashi's engagement went well, everyone was leaving after the ceremony. "Thank uh guys for making it." Ashi said. We gave her a final hug and moved out to parking area. "Kria go n get the car. I'll just attend this important call." I stood at the gate talking on phone.

My parents left few seconds before. Kria got our car and as she came out of the gates on the main road a car came with quite a speed. It hit the back portion of Kria's car. I was standing right next to the gate. Her car rolled 2-3 times.

The person who had hit car left quickly, I ran towards Kria's car. The car was upside down, her face was lying on the steering wheel. "Kria... Kria... get up" I shouted. She didn't got up. I tried to open the door but it didn't open then kicked the door hard. The door still didn't open.

Kria slightly moved then got up. I saw her face and through hand signals she explained she is fine. Alone I couldn't open the door and wasn't able to scream for help seeing her in that condition. My parents stopped their car and came back. My dad shouted "Please someone help. My daughter is inside the car."

People who had left returned back and our friends who were inside the hall also came out after listening about the accident. Somehow we managed to take her out of the car. I took her in a hug immediately. She was still in shock and didn't say a word. I looked at her for an injury or wound but she was safe.

The back portion of the car was crushed, I thanked god for saving her life. I made her sit in my parents car hugging her. "Rey your car... bcoz of me.. your car was crushed." Were the words that came out of her mouth after long. I kissed her cheeks, "Its fine."

I looked outside the window trying to hide my tears. If any mishappening would have occurred with her I guess I couldn't also survive. On reaching home my parents and friends took her to her room. Everyone left after some time.

It was 12:30am, I went to her room. She was sleeping in an comfortable attire her look. I took her hands in mine and kissed them. Her eyes opened slowly, "Rey" she said in low voice. "hmm, Im here only."

She sat on the bed. "Rey, Im so sorry bcoz of me your car..." I took her in my arms. "Hey are uh mad? Car is more important or you. I can get another car but where will I get another you. You know to what extent I was scared seeing you like that. If anything would have happened to you then.."

"Then?"

"Then..." I moved closer to her minimizing the distance between us. Her breath hit my lips, I slowly erased that minute distance left between us. She tightened her grip on my shoulders. I pulled back after sometime and moved down to her collarbone kissing her there.

My hands moved from her waist to upper back, "Ouch" she said. "Kya hua? Are you okay?" I asked. "Its nothing, Im okhay." I slid my hands under her Top and took it off. Her back was badly scratched. "Is this okhay?"

I cleaned it with the the anti-septic liquid applying ointment on her back. "Rey, its burning.." She kept on repeating like a kid. "Bus ho gaya..." I sat next to her after giving her first aid. "Kria.. I.. I L... I'll see uh in morning. Take care."

I gave her a hug got to leave. "Rey.." she called.

"Hmm"

"I'll be waiting for the morning." She said. I smiled and left for my room.

Im sorry guys... i couldn't update my other works as I have double shift of exams. im giving my current set of exams and those also which i missed during the leave. I'll surely do it soon. luv uh all n miss uh... This OS is just to say Sorry.. so hwss it..
