Kunwar Amarjeet Singh, currently seen in 'Dil Dostii Dance', has taken up parkour — a training that involves overcoming obstacles while moving from one point to another.

He says, "I started my training two months back and I can already feel a huge difference. It's a very tough stunt routine where you learn swinging, jumping, climbing, running and a lot of other things. There is a rigorous workout involved, so it makes you a stronger individual with better stamina."
