First of all rishi is not one of the people who would give up..so when he had said after taani says that she is nervous and tensed, and his reply, "i've decided tht i'll be a part of ur assignment..." it means tht he'll. and okay he said b4 even taani told him tht no one is allowed there. the only okay comes as.. "Okay, u just tell me time nd i'll be there."

and for the second one, i think u got me wrong... i never said in my post that he eliminates them and give wrong judgement...i said he wants to see his son as a loser in dance also but at the same time he cant as they perform better and as a honest judge he has to select...i think u got me now what i am mean to say...
i dont think that he wanna see swayam as looser, he had seen d3 performance nd that wasnt loosers thing, moreover for him dance isn't a field in which if one excel, then its a thing to be proud. for him dance itself is a shameful thing...

@Aarush. accord to me being judge is his chakkar for the entry.
and abt d3 performance...didnt that manager has said that our guest of honor is very happy nd wanna meet u all.

abt first point when swayam's name comew he's normal, sips his tea cooly, but the moment taani says that she's nervous...his expressions and his decision to be for her comes on his face.

In the corporate world, the MD/CEO's doesnt have time to look at each and everything...and that is the reason, there will be sub ordinates, secretaries to look into the things and they suggest the MD/CEO's what can be done in that particular matter...If we look into this case, the manager was very happy for the performance as it is evident and he said that the guest of honor wants to meet them all...it doesnt reflect hat the guest of honor has watched the performance...U may take it as a courtesy to congratulate the team as a guest of honor with some good words...it is not clearly shown in the episode that Mr rishi has watched the episode and that is the reason they are making us think in whatever direction we want to

And again as i said earlier it was just my prediction about the judge track...i may proved wrong also...

and about Taani's i am reserving it as i have to rewatch that scene now...As u made me confused 😆...i will definitely unres it

Unreserving the taani's part: It is the written update. I tried for the link but it is blocked.

Taani tells tauji that tomorrow is her first assignment.She is excited as well as tensed.Tensed more.Taani tells about NDC when tauji asks its about Dance and Swayam is participating in it.Taani says yes and she has to head the dance team.Tauji asks her when is the time and he will be present.Taani says no.He asks her why she says no one is allowed.Tauji says you need not worry about it I'll manage that.

According to the WU, he is worried that she is tensed...i fully agree. Then taani tells about NDC and she is heading the dance team in which swayam is participating, then tauji asks him the time...

He makes the decision of coming after he listens that swayam is participating...and that is why i am thinking in that direction...

BUt one thing is sure... anything can happen in D3 anytime...It should nt be a shock to us when it shapes as something unpredictable
