She should...

Taani reminds me of my manager... exactly the same situation and both share many similar traits...

I used to feel my manager is not really bad at heart but being put in a position not suite her abilities made her sound like not good enough manager... unfortunately, the CEO has hired her in that position not due to her managerial skills, he did that to satisfy his own needs...

The result of being in an importatnt position which requires qualities that she lack, she kept committing mistakes... mistake after mistake coz she sees her abilities r less than many employees under her, this feel of lacking is pushing her to commit the mistakes... she tries so hard to hide her weaknes by using wrong methods...

This is exactly what Taani faces recently... she never wanted to be GS but situation lead her to that critical position... that position requires a person who is mature, has strong persona and confident... all these 3 traits r extremely lacking in Taani...

Taani is more like spontaneous, emotional, a bit naieve and careless... she cannot realize the consequences of her actions before it happens,... she may hurt her loved ones without bad intention coz she is careless...

Taani is representing a real character... and such real characters will go through self distruction if they were in positions/situation bigger than their abilities...

And since GS position shouldn't be an experimental feild, she should step down from that position and return back to her usual simple life...

she break the rule by using her authority for her personal usage
question of arush123 is that when sharon makes one mistake unintentionally she asked her to step down from her post now what about her
and about rey he only break rule for his team beneifits not for his personal usage

@swati...i dnt thnk in current situation she will ever realises her mistake...so i dnt thnk she will resigned nd i dnt thnk it reason fr resigning...ya she lied, nd behaving hyper bt resignation s nt in cards rite nw...

P.s. I dnt want her to realise her mistake coz whenever she does tht it s harmful to gng nd swaron...like when she decides to quit as 6th dancer or helping shivam etc.

well it was a CS work and sharon forgot that , the team could be out of NDS , i'm not talking here about only sharon but for everyone in the team their personal work is important than NDC

coming back to Taani she did not something big which can affect ndc

i can't understand , people can blame taani for everything but nobody see her pain
