No.. It wasn't taani's decision.. Authorities must have chosen her. However weird taani might act, she won't lie. At least not to Swayam. The authorities chose aashi, taani didn't .

To be honest, I liked the episode, it wasn't bad. Only the first friday episode was pathetic. Rest was fine, I liked the episode. Moreover, mr.shekhawat is new, it will take some time for us to accept him as a particular character. Yesterday's episode only elaborated his character. That's it!!

Rey went to the college to take his payment. God knows why he played with them, I did not see that part. He just played, it's okay.

No need to get hyper. It was only for one episode!
