And this is EXACTLY why I LOVE Swayam. Because of the way he loves Sharon, the way he looks at her, everything I can see right there in his eyes every single time they're focussed on her...and tonight was one of those times when we see just how much he cares about her. It isn't only in his deciding to stay back, or in his sneaking in through the window. It's in the way he makes sure he's there. For her, with her, and what she says or does to push him away makes no difference. He needs to know she's okay, you can see it in his eyes as he watches her coughing in the car, in the way his expression changes when he feels the fever on her forehead. And it all just brings me right back to my square one: that I LOVE this love story for the love it has in it. The love I can see in both their eyes like I did tonight. That will make him put his foot down, arm around her waist, holding her tight until even she stops backing away. There is so much that isn't said, so much that is just...felt, by them as well as us who watch them, that it's just...okay, I'm running out of words already.
Special mention to Shantanu Maheshwari, for the Swayam I see in his very eyes during scenes like this. I can SEE what Swayam goes through in them, and credit for that to him for emoting it SO beautifully! 👏
Really looking forward to the continuation of this scene tomorrow. Sigh.
