What's with the girls in D3??

Shakti quit..Sneha is gone!! Alisha became a choreographer in Jhalak...Saw in one of the post that Vinti has updated in FB that she'll shoot only for TWO episodes per month!!

So is it a good sign or a bad sign? Why are the girls looking out for other opportunities..Specifically its just the girls!!!!

I think shakti & sneha had good reasons to leave.. lol i dnt blame vinti & alisha along with their characters, other characters like amar, simmi, rinni, bharat, vicky ALL THEY DO IN D3 IS PROMOTE PRODUCTS.. if i was in their place i would be doing the same

& its a known fact in every palki show the female leads always quit it happened in dmg & nw d3!!

well, i think the girls know what's best for them. they know that they can do WAY better rather than this hopeless drama.

they all are going in a good way right now...cv's are not at all interested in them n y they show that much interest in only D3...specially vinti n alisha good going girls...

very well pointed out...yea why only gals are ding this move in and out sorta thing...plaki has to give importance to gal gang also...otherwise yehi hogaa...its so borinnnggg to see the boys always...really boring...we hardly see gals bonding...and good for them...if they arent properly shown this is wat happens...D3 is becoming a very ODD show...no gals...m nt interestd in this boys show...

shaks and sneha we know and for rest..they wanna show their talent and do something else and they do have tym...frankly speaking jitna pehle screen space milta tha utna toh nahi mil raha ab...they have tym...so as they have tym and they wanted to do something better they do it ...they are quite well managing this too
