This is really one of the most adorable Swayam scene. Thanks for commenting.

Loved your reference of Barney from How I Met Your Mother.
When i first saw this scene I couldn't stop but smile on Swayam's innocence. His honest and serious approach towards Sharon was adorable. He getting all dressed up to impress Sharon and Bharth and Amar teasing him and then convincing him to change to something much casual was a treat to watch. Loved their dialogues and most of it did shape SwaRon we know of today.
Swayam's expression and both his style formal and casual were super cool.
Bharth made a strong impact with his dialogues.
Swayam's optimism and positivity towards life is something i always have cherished and loved about his character.

This scene or for that matter take any scene of past you will find all of them brimming with Swayam's optimism and positvity. I wonder what happened now ? But any way it was during this scene only I started to notice that Shantannu is actually getting better with his expressions. Voice modulation was something which he got under his control later but his expressions had started to be bang on from then only. He was really a treat to watch in this episode.

Awesome post Shishir. The Barney reference was bang on. Really apt. He really did look awesome in the suit. Another one of the hilarious scenes by these boys, which we get no more. :(

Ah well, the dialogues in this scene are really funny. Be it Bharat or Swayam (i didn't mention Amar cuz he didn't have much to say in this scene, but his presence is still appreciated ). My favorite one had to be, "itna brand new banaoge toh pehchanegi kaise?".😆 That one was super cute.

Well Barney refrence was something which just came automatically in my head when I watched this scene for the first time. I was not a fan that time but when I watched this scene I was -' Boy Swayam definitelly use to watch HIMYM. Thats why following Barney so closely. And completely agree that we hardly get awesome boys scene anymore. Boys scene whetehr it were weaklings or dazzlers or both combined used to lighten up the atmosphere but sadly that is alos lost lately.

P.S. u shud select exactly these kind of scenes fr analysing.. i think u'l do an amazing job with D3boys' fun scenes!!

Although Shantannu was very raw but I liked his acting in this very scene. His expressions of naive love struck teenager who would do anything to impress his lurve was awesome.
I would try to select the scene you mentioned. Lets see if I can do justice to them.

Switching to Swayam you rightly said his looks attracted many of the fans to him and his julfein added fuel to the fire. And Bharat-Swayam-Amar convo was really like a convo, considering this days where these two don't even bhatkofy near Swayam.

But apart from that this scene gave Swayam the tag for being the ultimate MAJNU😳

Thanks for the Barney special compliment. And yeah his 'julfein'. When he has flaunted them in this scene, he would have hardly thought they are going to be as popular as him. Pick any FF and we will find a refrence of his 'julfein' . Wel he was the ultimate Majnoo from his very first scene only but still their was something endearing about this scene that makes this scene stand apart or may be this very scene was the first step to the one of the most epic SwaRon scene in RDX party .

I wonder why you chose this scene, Marauder? 🤔

It's pretty different from the others been analysed so far. It's just sad that most of the things are Swayum-centered. What about Sharon? But anyhow, you know how big a pleasure is to go on and make takes on Swayum? 😃

So, this is probably one scene in which Swayum has recited almost all the dialogues that eventually come to become the identification keys to his character. He is so naively optimistic and happy about his feelings for Sharon, he might as well have been satisfied just by the thought of being in love. Suiting up wouldn't really have had a relevance, you know? He tells you - if you're that madly in love, the very reminder of this notion is like enough to keep you going.

And I miss the Amar-Swayum-Bharat equation as well. You've written down your analysis in a prim, proper and precise way. Very cleanly written! Thanks for sharing the link. Cheers!

Ah I chose this scene just because it was the smallest and probably the easiest one. 😆 . And most importantly I really don't want to dive into psyche of Sharon the diva in the very first analysis of mine. And I really want to talk about Amar, Bharat and Swayam. And I know 'Suiting Up' doesn't have any relevance. But thats they way any one behaves when any one is hopelessly in love. Everything even though completely stupid would look like the most logical thing to do. And thanks for liking the analysis. It really means a lot coming from you because you are really the toughest critic around.
