One Complaint about D3

Hey Guys,

I stopped watching D3 for a while, and have just now caught up on everything since the dance fest. I just have one complaint, and that is overusing songs. Soulja Boy, I understand because it is used as a background tune. Others like Hit the Lights, Tonight, etc I find annoying because they are overplayed. It's not that hard to find good songs!! The same songs were used in the dance fest as the party, and they were played repeatedly.

Does anyone else feel the same way?

Yeah I feel it too and felt upset that the songs danced upon by the Louisians(Dazzlers and Weaklings) are being used on everyone else including those guys from KR college...I know its silly but I dont want them to be dancing to any of the songs that the Dazzlers and Weaklings danced to...

I know what you're saying. :|

But the thing is, I think D3 has to buy or get some sort of copyright for each song they use..and that might take time? So, they tend to use the same songs over and over and over again.

If that's not the case, then, euuugh they better take care of this. This really is annoying. :(

Im not 100% sure about this, but I think I've seen a sign that sometimes comes up that they have a contract with Universal... doesn't that mean they can choose any song from Universal?

no dude they do not buy copyrights or anything...they just use it directly, i have seen in places where d3 video is muted becoz of the song background, like if they were actually allowed to b used in d3 then they cannot do that, so the d3 video is still there ,but the voice of the song is muted...so if its copyright issues to b posted online then the whole video will be deleted ...

i dont know if that makes sense to u guys lol

Oh WORD , Nina ! I know its silly but I do feel kinda posssive and it irks me when Louisan's ka gaaana is used on em KR %@#$@!! 's !! 😡

AND BTW , Nice topic ! Ive been feelin the same .. but as Sneha (Aicha) mentioned .. There cud be copyright issues 😊
