Episode starts with Nandhni asking Chandra why did he sent her in exile, If he loved her, did he believe that she killed Durdhara? Chandra explains the whole thing and says all evidences were against her, but she was brought back for Bindusar, because only she could give a mother's love to Bindusar and he got a chance to prove her innocense and thus he proved her innocent before all.
Chandra again tries to unlock his abhushan, Nandhni helps him. His tilak got smeared Nandini laughs, Chandra asks, is he looking like Vaanar? Nandini asked how did he know? He said that she used to tease him repeatedly on the name Vaanar. She gets memory attack and says she in dream have heard her calling someone by the name Vaanar and also had seen someone trying to kill her and she had seen the portrait of the person in the store room. Chandra says its none other than her father Nand and it was her twin roopa who was killed and he asks now what more proves she need? She is getting her memory back gradually. Nandini too is happy and accepts and hugs him.
Chanakya in forest, his spy gets him information about baba. Chanakya learns that baba is doing all these for someone else.

Dadi explains the importance of vrat to all. Badrakethu asks why its for women all the time? Why men cannot take vrat? Dadi tells Chandra also used to ask the same question and he used to take vrat for Nandhni every year. Badrakethu says he too will keep vrat , once he is married. Bindusar questions whats the profit in keeping vrat and tells Charumathi to not keep vrat for him. Nandini and Helena consoles her.
Chandra announces Alice and Karthikay wedding. Karthikay and Dharma upset.
All are busy in the festival. Chandra finds Nandhni and stands behind her. There is a curtain in between them. Chandra holds her hand in secret. She asks what he is doing and calls him Maharaj. Chandra says whats in it? What's in it? I am just holding my wife 's let them see who all wants to see. He also asks why is she always calling him Maharaj and asks her to call him by his name. Nandini says, this is not the right place nor right time to talk.
Chandra suddenly takes his hand from her to greet a guest. By the time Nandini comes in front of him. Chandra is surprised to see her before him and looks at whose hand he is holding, to find a fat Dasi, Chandra asks her to go and do her duty . Chandra tells Nandini that its not right that every time she makes fun of him. Nandini asks why is that Chandra can do any thing and Nandhni not? Chandra teasefully challenges Nandhni that how she is going to make excuse once the festival is over. Nandini blushes and leaves.
Karthikay tells Dharma at the corridor that he can neither forget Dharma nor marry Alice. Dharma sees Bindusar coming and makes Karthikay hide behind the pillar. Bindusar sees Dharma and asks her to stop.

Helena mixes the medicine in the jal that Nandhni is supposed to take at the end of the vrat. Helena compells Nandini to first break her vrat at the hands of Chandra. Chandra makes Nandini drink the jal.
