Bonjour!
I'm here again, not with any complaints this time. But with a small piece of my mind. A few warnings before we begin :
- It's only and only my weird imagination. No offence to characters. (Actors Ka toh sawaal hi nahi)
- I know it's not happening anytime. Hence this OS.
- I'm fulfilling my heart felt desire to do with this Kameena.
- Lastly, it's got nothing to do with romance and ChanDini.
- For Janta with tender hearts, please don't read it. Aapki sehat ke liye accha nahi.
THE BEFITTING FATE
Nandini withdrew her hand from the pool of blood. Streaks of horror were clearly visible on her face. Helena, who'd never known what it was to be scared, echoed her expressions. They tried to get rid of all the stains and blood but to no avail. The first thing that struck them, was to look around for any witnesses. None, to their relief.
Nandini was too hysterical to even cry. The silhouette, lying motionless on the floor had brought her senses to a standstill. She didn't know what to do of herself, or the corpse. Helena couldn't just believe what had occured there, a mere seconds ago. Was it for real? She clutched her forehead in exasperation, thereby smearing blood on it. They got up to have a look around in the corridor. No one.
They first washed their hands and face. They clumsily cleaned their clothes too but a prominent hue of red prevailed. They cleared the pool, and slowly, yet steadily pulled the heavy mass out into the garden. Nandini extracted a spade from somewhere and they noiselessly, they began digging. Like a frivolous squirrel digging in the soil, they worked to dispose off this beast who'd haunted them equally. For one : he was a thrifty lover. To the other, he was an ex fiance. Both had their grudges, both had their revenge to pull off.
Triumphantly, they rolled the body into the grave. Nandini by now, had a fierce expression on her face. She vividly recalled all of the troubles that she'd dealt with, courtesy him. Helena too, had a certain grinn. He'd wronged her love, her feelings. And now as she emptied soil onto his dead body, it soothed her heart. She realised that THIS was her intekaam and not harassing Nandini. The revenge was taken, the body done with. They could be at peace, for the devil had been put to decay in the soil.
Not a word had been spoken till now. They were partners in this crime and had worked together in wiping it off.
Smiling unknowingly, they went into their respective rooms and slept, as if nothing ever happened. Malayketu couldn't have even imagined what would happen of him, when he'd entered Nandini with his heart full of lust. He'd been looking for a suitable opportunity to fulfill his desire and as soon as he found one, he grabbed it. To top it, Helena too had rushed to her shouts of help. Together, they'd thrusted a dagger into his chest, in cold blood. Unplanned, it went. But either of them couldn't deny that it was the most befitting fate for him.
