12th Jan – Written Update

Anisa comes out of the cell to see Arjun waiting for her – she is delighted/relieved and runs up to hug him (cho chweet 😳). The police officers around them catch Arjun's eye (one by one) and *knowingly* look away😉😆 Arjun explains that he's arranged her bail and recommends that they use the back exit to leave as media persons are waiting out front.

Rahul is still asleep in his bed, when Vanshika appears. She begins to apologise to a sleeping Rahul, when the phone rings – to our relief it's not one of his endless girlfriends, but his mother enquiring after his "state". Marlyani tells Vanshika to stay with Rahul and to ensure that he doesn't watch TV (as last night's incident is still running) and remains indoors away from the media persons. Vanshika agrees and as she puts the phone down, a confused Rahul questions why/etc.

Rahul is dressed and heading out, when Vanshika attempts to stop him, but to no avail. Rahul meets with the media persons waiting outside in his driveway. A confused Rahul looks on as the new-reporters fire questions at him (re: last night's incident). Marlyani arrives and whilst avoiding the questions takes Rahul back into the house. Marlyani tells Vanshika off, and leaves without telling Rahul the truth. Rahul looks to Vanshika for answers.

Arjun drops Anisa off outside her house and leaves. As Anisa heads towards her house, her dad calls out from behind. He asks of her meeting, and explains that he went to her office this morning and learnt of her whereabouts. Anisa feels awkward and excuses herself by claiming to be tired. Anisa's dad follows her in saying that he feels that she is hiding something and also that having seen her office today he fears for her, esp as it is a completely *different world* to which they belong too. And he would hate to find her attempting/struggling to fit in.(he's adorable! 😳)

Arjun walks into the reception area, thinking over the fact that G told him about Rahul/Anisa and P told the same to Vanshika. He sees G standing behind the desk; and summons her and P into his cabin.

Anisa is in a rickshaw heading (assumingly) to work. She recollects (via flashbacks) the hurtful taunts from G and P, as well as her father's words from earlier about her not fitting in/etc. Anisa silently agrees with her dad's reasoning and vows to break all ties with such an unfriendly/dissimilar world.

PRECAP – Rahul is standing with G and P in the reception-area when he notices Anisa coming in, he walks upto her and apologies for the previous night; but Anisa simply hands him an envelope, stating that she is resigning.
