So Jassi Jaisi and Ugly Betty are a copy of a spanish soap opera or telenovela. Obviously depending on the country it's shown in, the plot changes slightly. but what's happening with anisa is like word for word copy of Ugly Betty scenes.

anyway, i'm sure this show holds good promise. hope vivaan does well.

oh mi gosh girls, i just read yesterday update. IT IS A COPY!

man. i'm torn. i usually hate it. there are creative people in india too, why not come up with something original? it's not fair that i like vivaan and anisa, otherwise, i'd be really not happy.

man, lol =)

gud 2 hv an indian version of it

hweva ithought dat the leads were sana and rehan

lol ugly bettey is remake of some spanish serial..n jassi watever is a copy of that same spanish serial..so how is this one n jassi same?

have you seen ugly betty?

basically, the father of the playboy type son who now has to help out with the family business, hires a girl that isn't pretty or a typical chick so that the son will be forced to change/help out whatever. the son is always caught with his secretary girl friend whom he often hides under his desk, etc. of course, the ugly betty version is like pg-13.

same exact storyline. the son finally understands after betty saves him in some important deal that this is one person he can trust and he needs her help to prove himself.

really, nothing original in chand ke paar chalo so far.

perhaps though the track where anisa and arjun become friends.

Oh okkie i thought Ugly Betty is like Yo So Betty La Fea. Looks like a nice show does the gug falls for Betty in that show?

i have not seen Ugly Betty, but i am loving CKPC, and i read in posts only that there was someone by name of rehaan too in show but i have never seen him, whether he is related to anisha somehow?

i have started watching this show for past week or so only
