Is it? Maybe. I didn't know she was popular. But hear the promo properly. They are talking of an illegitimate child she may have left on temple steps & hitting her when Deva saves her. Tara may have brought him to the temple either coz it's his bday & she knows that his birth mother might come there so want them to meet. Also Tara may want to see if Deva will forgive his birth mother or be angry on her just like he is with Tara. Lots of possibilities.
