not 24*7 BUT Whatever telecast (1 hour )mostly scripted

would the link which is on page 105 - Namrata dancing in Mera Naam Karegi Roshan maha sangam episode be useful in avi's etc??I know link is not very clear but unfortunately only handful of episodes in YT.
