I ws just going through fb account of ashoka saw so many anti Mohit kaurwaki n radhagupt comments
Especially over Mohit dat he looks too old etc
N even kaurwaki though she's just 25 I saw few comments where Dey were saying dat she looks older Dan dharma :(
M toh really happy with d casting choice y so much negativity? 😭

Unfortunately, it is the Internet, and most people tend to write comments when one of two extreme emotions are felt: Happiness or Dissatisfaction. But, only when these emotions are felt to an extreme level. Typically, people tend to like to post negative comments online as oppose to positive ones. It is not kind, but many people tend to behave differently behind a screen than they would face-to-face.

Currently, the adult actors are having to deal with the issue that the child actors have stolen everyone's hearts. The audience is still adjusting to the children no longer being on the show. People are not happy with this transition. Right now, I feel any adult actor in these roles would be dealing with similar comments not just the current ones.

However, it could be that these people actually do not like the casting. Again, it is probably related to the fact that people want an exact adult replica of their favorite child actors, but it is extremely difficult to find an exact adult version. However, the casting is close enough. Give the audience time to adjust. Their opinions should change.

Mohit is good no doubt but I also feel like Mohit looks old. 😕

Everybody needs time to accept new actors.It's natural.Better to ignore those comments.

Yupp...I was one of them who wanted Mohit to play Ashoka than others who were considered bcoz it was only him I felt would look good & able to play the role with ease...but yes it will take time me to accept him as Ashoka as Sid was phenomenal... & also agree he looks older he looks muscular & bulky...may be cvs told him to bulk up but they should have taken care that he doesn't look old than Bindusara & Dharma... Now when I watch it seems like Dharma-Ashoka are siblings & even Bindusara looks young after Leap...Cvs should have at least shown strand of grey hairs instead both have thick black hairs...

Even I thought that Mohit looks older than Dharam & Bindusar.. .and he is too bulky... but a good actor.. maybe thats why they chose him..since Ashoka would have to appear mature later on...

Sushim"s casting is bang on..👍🏼 .. Sowmya looks lovely as princess Karuvaki.. lets see how she develops in the role..

Ya i remember poor reem she was so much bashed on social sites viewers cling her ugly,etc ultimately Faisal hd to make posts in her defence.
I hope d audience adjust with d new cast as well..

There is liable to be an adjustment period before everybody adjusts to the new cast.Let's give it a month at least.Mohit is a very talented actor.But he's not been given suitable material to showcase his talents.They seem more interested in making him a typical masala hero with shades of Bahubali.The rest of the time they focus on his love for his One-true-love Kaurwaki.😒 As for Kaurwaki, she has not impressed me so far.But at least she's not annoying as her younger avatar.

The episodes after the Leap seem to have been put together too quickly.Like someone cramming the day before the exam.I expect more from the CVs, especially the first Ashok-Sushim confrontation.
