After Aakramak's Death, Bindusar passed the order to search for an appropriate person who can be appointed Senapati of Maghad. but nobody was appointed for the post yet.

With Nayak coming to Patliputra it is quite obvious that he will be titled the new Senapati og Maghad !!!!

I also hope he gets the job! He will serve Ashok the same way he served Swami mere Prabhu mere! Lol. (He never called Keechak that). I wish they had shown Agnibahu also get hauled to jail, along with Vasanthasena. Why didn't they show them get thrown in the gallows? Would have enjoyed that scene a lot!

My guess is that they wanted to keep the option open for Agnibahu to make an appearance in Pataliputra! Amatya Rakshas might recruit him to Sushim/Siamek's cause.

They never showed what happened to Amatya Rakshas after Keechak's death. Ashok should have killed him too!

They did.There was a glimpse of Amatya Rakshas leaving the scene and Agnibahu scuttling under some table/rock/whatever? and escaping.Those two will turn up in PP like the bad pennys they are.
