Noor is aggressive, but rarely as cunning as a Helena or a Charu. She's too emotionally overpowered at the moment. But let's see.

Kaana: Sushim is still a daffod. I doubt he'd have the planning acumen or the necessary contacts to hire an outsider to Magadh for the job.

yeah, but quite stupid on her part to attempt such a thing immediately after revelation (if it's indeed her)

other Maurya chaps are poison proof i suppose, Ashok is not as of now... maybe that's why the hurry.. still its stupid, black magic wud hv worked better 😛

Yep Sushim's involvement seems doubtful. but for once I want him to operate like that - in a covert yet fatal way - other than his usual hooligan type attacks and threats.

About the black magic, I was truly relieved when Dharma turned down the maids sent by Charu. I thought again Charu is gonna play the same old trick she played with Noor now with Dharma.

What if Chanakya has already started poison attempts proofing Ashok? After all he would want to protect Ashok just like he did with CGM. Maybe this is why snake didn't affect Ashok?

I don't think Ashok is careless that after noticing the musicians suddenly go silent he would not wonder or become alert

Nah, Colors' Ashok will enjoy his bath while the snake ogles at Ashok's abs. And then it goes in for the bite, but Ashok hears the hiss and/or slithering of the snake so he turns around right as the snake dives for the bite, and quickly dodges. He grabs the snake by the head and squeezes it before throwing it on the ground because he didn't want to kill it (just brain damage it permanently).

But the snake, descendant of the snakes of Khandavprasta, leaps into the air and flies towards Ashok who promptly grabs the sword of CGM and slices the head off.

Chanakya and RG appear right as Ashok kills the snake and Chanakya turns to RG and says "Hum uchit samay par aagaye RG" 😛

Exactly my thought too. C knows A's danger and would have immuned him to poison by now.
