Karanvir bohra and siddhart nigam would be performing together at the colors indian television academy award 2015. I really hope KVB is the elder ashoka.

Karanvir bohra is performing as elder ashoka at the ita award together with SN.
So if rumour about GG to be elder ashoka is true then why is he not performing at the award function?
Of course only when the leap is about to come we would know who will be elder ashoka in the show. I very strongly wish kvb is the elder ashoka. He looks so royal and he has acted in both positive and negative roles with excellence. He is not a gymnast like SN but he is fit. It would be very unfair if someone else is elder ashoka now that the whole world is seeing kvb as ashoka. He is a very popular actor worldwide.

If the leap is not to take place in da very near future n we get to see our Sid as Ashoka till maybe 2016.. we may get new n better actors till then. I want somebody as gud as Siddharth.. or else da show is gone for sure 🥱

Seems GG is Colors flavour of the month or should I say flavour of the year until BB9 winner comes along. why I am saying this? because I think he has been given an award but what for I don't know at ITA Awards 2015!!!!!

I am new to this forum and I have just started to watch CAS. I love the show and Sidarth Nigam. Actually he is the reason I started to watch, coz I was his fan from Mahakumbh and I was thrilled when he got the Gold Award for Best debut male beating so many adult actors.

As for elder Ashoka, GG is not a good choice, coz he is not tall enough and I dont know if he can act such a complex character like Ashoka. I am a KVB fan and I hope he gets the role coz he always does justice to all his roles. He has done positive, negative and grey and even played a Nawab. He also carries himself very well, so I think he will fit this role.

But whoever they choose, the actor needs to do FULL justice to Sid's performance. That is what really matters. But the look and acting skills of the actor is paramount. If they get the casting wrong, they will ruin an excellent show post leap. They need someone who will carry on the legacy of Ashoka to the level that Sid has. The kid is fabulous. I knew he was going to be something big when I saw him in Mahakumbh and I was proven right!
