I dont understand why Chanakya is provoking ashoka by making him hate chanakya.Chanakya can do it by directly supporting him.
Earlier, Chandragupt Maurya had much higher challenges where the kingdom was held by some other dynasty plus he was untrained but still chanakya helped him directly by supporting in all the time.
In constrast, Ashoka is getting trained in vidhyalay plus the existing dynasty is held by his own father.If Chanakya gains his trust and guide him then also ashok will become a strong contender for the throne and chanakya can easily reveal his identity to everybody.
So, Why do Chankya want Ashok to hate him ???
