Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat Written Update 24 February 2015
Chankya says Ashoke is the victim and not the culprit and it is torture of Sushim who has whipped him. Bindusar asks Sushim and he says why you did this and asks him to apologize to Ashoke. Charumitra tries to stop and Bindusar who says Sushim hiding the truth is like a traitor to me and since Chankya told me otherwise I would have done injustice towards Ashoke. Bindusar asks Sushim to say sorry other wise he will have to say sorry and Charumitra gestures Sushim to say sorry who folds his hands and says sorry to Ashoke. All are stunned Bindusar warns Sushim that he should not get any complaint of his bad behavior. Sushim looks with hatred at Ahoke and goes. All boys bring Ashoke and they are do hail him as Samrat saying you saved us and you are our leader.
Soldiers come and say Samrat has asked for Ashoke. Bindusar asks why he did not complain about Sushim Ashoke says how I can complain against your son He says I am king 1st and says sorry Ashoke says no dont say to a slave but Bindusar says one samrat says sorry to another and both become friends and Chankya is happy to see them.
All are drinking and one spy comes there looking here and there and shows the symbol of lion to one person both go to Nikotar and give her a letter . Charumitra a is doing black magic She instigates Sushim against Bindusar and says if you are not declared a king then you should prepare yourself to seize the throne and promises him that she will get Ashoke thrown out of Magadh. Dharma comes and apologies to Bindusar and he says you stopped me from doing an injustice and when she says not to sorry to a dasi and he says even Ashoke said the same thing he says he has good statesman qualities and will send him to Rajya vidhyalaya for education. Dharma is pleased.
Chankya's spy looks at the stable and the keeper returns with the different color horse. She carries the message to Chankya who says they have to protect Ashoke as Helene must have sent message and planning something.Helene also receives a message and they try to sabotage Chankya and his moves and to remove both him and Ashoke.
Dharma comes and tells Chankya about Ashoke's education and displeased that he is sent there she wants him to follow the path of Ahimsha but Chankya says he will learn to be a good statesman and he earned this with his qualities.
Bindusar wants to send Ashoke for studies all protest saying he cant be sent there as he is an ordinary stable hand. As no one knows about his birth caste and gotra. Chankya defends him but others Helene and all protest Bindusar is firm and says to Chankya to find out more about Ashoke. Helene is displeased when he hears about this and comes and asks Bindusar what they are discussing. Helelne is also not happy. Chankya says let us give him a new identity otherwise when he goes to education all will call him stable hand and he will feel bad so he suggests a new designation and bring him to palace to so that he will feel good and Bindusar is pleased. Helene is unhappy and she Justine and the Ugrasen make plans to spoil it.
Justine and Helene go in disguise and go through a secret way Amatya Ugrasen also waits for them and they go to Helene's father Nikotas. He suggests to Helene you want to separate Chankya and Ashoke as he wants to put him on the throne we will try to make it look a traitor as if the wants to put him on throne and overthrow Bindusar. He suggests don't do this there is someone who will do this a person who is angry and hates Chankya and a pandit is shown and he is Mahamartya Rakshas as he was used and discarded by Chankya. Nokotar says he will discredit and kill Chankya through him . He comes and does pranam and Nikotus tells about his story how he was employed with Nanda Raj and how Chankya used and dis carded him during Chandragupta reign.So he resigned and collected his own army and now he had come to take revenge and Chankya is proved traitor. He asks Helene to join his soldiers in the Samrat's army and they say Amartya Ugrasen will get them identify cards and they throw poison into the water body which feeds the citizens so that who will drink it and will be poisoned and all will be indisposed but not die. When they hear his idea and they are happy how they will trap Chankya by keeping a forged letter in the fake soldier's hands and when he reads is then he will realize that the water has been poisoned to destablise the rule and Bindusar will suspect Chankya as the poisonous herb will be found with Chankya and Ashoke.
Chankya will suspects unani (Romans) behind this Nikotar says how and Bindusar will suspect me as Helene is my daughter thinks of Bindusar as her son and Justine gives in his opinion but he is not very sure of this scheme and they also plan to make an assassination attempt on Bindusar which Justine will stop and that man will say that he wants to kill Bindusar as he wants to put Ashoke on the throne all this is being planned which is shown in visuals and how incriminating letters against Ashoke and Chankya will be found.
All hands will point at Chankya and Ashoke that they are doing this to get into the good books of Bindusar and take away his throne and kingdom, This is the plan of Amatya Rakshas. All this is shown in visuals. They say all this should be planned properly and Chankya should not get time to think about this. All are happy. Helene says she will capture Ashoke and make him a prisoner and not a king.
Precap Bindusar makes arrangements for Ashoke to stay in palace Dharma is happy Sushim friend comes and tells him about this and he says he will not let this happen nor let Ashoke go to Rajya vidyalaya. Helene comes and tells Bindusar about the poisoned water and people falling sick.Ashoke also drinks water at the stable.
