Helene is thinking and Justine comes and asks her what is the matter and she tells her story how her father made her the queen of Chandragupta how both her Father and husband did not give her any importance. She says I had hopes on you but now I feel you will also not take revenge or my insult and Justine promises her he will take revenge at the appropriate time.

All are getting ready to go to Patliputra and Chankya tells his disciple it is difficult to understand Ashoke when his disciple asks and Ashoka also says it is difficult to understand you too a surprised Chankya. He is sitting on top of a cupboard. That arrow could have killed you why did you do this to prove me innocent. Archarya Chankya(AC) says for the truth. He says but I have to give fine/money to Patliputra all because of you. He says release my mother and then I will go away you are the reason I have to pay fine to Putliputra and no one can take me without my will. Dharma comes and says come down and an emotional reunion and hug between them. She takes promise from him he has to listen to Acharya and go with him . Ashoke says did he compel you. She says the person who to save you could have been dead or lost his prestige will look after you and guide you and so he will look after you. She takes oath from Ashoke that he should listen to Acharya Chankya. A reluctant Ashoke promises his mother saying he will listen to her and do accordingly. When he asks what do in time of emergency then she says listen to your intelligence and your conscience and she goes. AC says your mother will also go to Patliputra and never reveal that she is your mother and a sad weeping/tearful Ashoke says what punishment you are giving me and both mother outside and son weep . Bindusara come to Patliputra and all the praja are hailing him. Ashoke and his mother Dharma are also there. All greet Bindusara and his chief queen is also there to welcome him. Chankya looks at the palace and takes the mud and says I took an oath that as long as I am alive I will work for the honor of this mud and says today I brought him. Ashoka shown as AC the mud trickling from his hands and he puts on his head. Disciples say you are not Samrat but a vassal. He says what if I become Samrat one day no one knows fate. AC says looks at Dharma says you are not impressed with this city and she says hope my decision is not wrong I kept Ashoke away from this city for so long but now I am forced to bring him here.Bindusar's chief wife does his arthi and welcomes him and congratulated on his victory and says she is happy to see him hale and hearty.

Ashoke is taken to the stables and he asks what he has to do here. Disciple hands him to the stable keeper and he has to work to repay his fine. Ashoke says bad smell is here and both the stable keeper and the boys laugh when he says he is Samrat Ashoke Stable Keeper asks him to be taken to Kulbushan and it is a horse and he introduces himself to the horse. He tells the horse he is lucky to eat from his hands. The horse kicks him and all stable boys laugh and Stable keeper says now you know how Samrat is treated. Ashoka gets determined and goes to give him food but again he has to bite dust. All tell him that this is Samrat Bindusar's horse and no one can touch it. Ashoke says and promises the horse that one day he will be his.

Bindusar goes to his room but the wound gets open and he is in pain and the blood comes out. Dharma says wait and cures him Bindusar says you saved my life so asks for a boon. She says leave your weapons and follow the path of Ahimsa . Bindusar gets FB of Dharma talking about Ahimsa he asks who she is and she says Subdrangi. He says 14 years back one person saved me she also said the same thing. He says you cant be Dharma as she is dead now I left everything for her but dince he is a king and kshatriya so he cant leave weapons as he has to safeguard his kingdom. He gives her a boon saying on her saying he will give the boon of life to one person as she gave him. Noor comes and says she wants to be alone with king and when Dharma goes she says she does not like her and saving him is her duty. Bindusar says why she is jealous of her.

Helene and Justine call one boy Bal Govind and ask about Ashoke and he tells them who he talks to and he says he talks to KulBhusan and they bribe him to get news about Ashoke where he goes and what is his relation with AC. Justine is skeptical but Helene says if he does not then he will be killed.

Ashoke wants to talk to Bal Govind but he pretends to asleep then he tells everything to Kulbhusan and tells him he will run as he feels stifled here and he must also be feeling so and asks him to tell the truth as his mother told him that and then remembers her and misses his mother says I feel like meeting mother I will go and find her and don't tell anyone where I am going. HarGovind gets up after he goes and follows him. Ashoke tries to search but just then lot of soldiers come and he hides and runs away followed by soldiers he goes to the durbar the throne room and looks in awe. When he sees the throne he slowly walks towards it and BG song for Ashoke he hears the soldiers and then he jumps and hides behind the throne . All search but cant find him and they go out. AC comes he sees a lion its Ashoke with the light falling on him he goes and sits on the throne.

Chankya says I have fulfilled my vachan given to you and have brought your grandson to the throne now only his coronation has to be done. Ashioka says I Samrat Vanraj give the order to release Kulbhushan and imprison Acharya and make him pay fine otherwise he should be punished to drink the bitter kada made by my mother everyday.AC thinks and feels happy looking at him but he feels that he is still further away from his goal of making Ashoke a good Samrat and Ashoke in mute shown giving all orders and judgment and AC thinks Mughad is now safe as Ashoke is here.

Dharma hears catch the child and she thinks hope it is not Ashoke Khurasan is scolding the soldiers you are unable to find a child asks them to search immediately.

PRECAP Bindusar comes and Ashoke gives his hands and Bindusar mounts his horse. Susima is angry and kicks Ashoke Dharma watches when Bindusar asks he tells he is jealous so he kicked me. Shusan asks him Ashoke says he can run faster than his horse and the race is shown. Bindusar carries an injured Ashoke to his chamber and asks Dharma to give him medicine. Ashoke is searching for Har Govind and his friends tell him some demon carried him away.
