Alright, I have no idea what's going on, so I'm gonna update from what I saw.

[Okay, so from where I started watching] Hemalata is in Divya's room, wondering how long she'll be able to continue to keep her mind off Siddharth, and why he's not talking to her.
Sid is in the car with Bhupat, who is distraught after what he's been put through (jail & all that jazz). Sid is in tears, but tries to placate Bhupat, by saying that everything's going to be alright.
Keshav is walking in the middle of the road, not caring where he's going. Nivi is going crazy looking for him. Cars narrowly miss Keshav as he walks aimlessly.
Back in the Sood house; Vandana, Yashodhara and Chanchal are all sitting down, worried about Bhupat. Vandana sees him, and they all walk towards Bhupat & Sid. Yashodhara is particularly glad he's back... she tells him that she was very worried about him, and Bhupat looks at her sternly. She stops immediately, but tells Sid to get him to sit down.
Outside, Keshav's still walking around, and Nivi's running through the forest.
In the Sood house, Sid gives Bhupat some tea, and Yashodhara begins her bhashan: "You see, I always told you not to mix with them [the Sharmas] - we lost our son, and now our respect-" Bhupat cuts her off!
He tells her he's been hearing it for sixteen years, he can't take it anymore - at least forgive him today! He tells Sid he needs to spend time away from here, and Sid agrees. As they're walking away, Bhupat has a heart attack, and Vandana calls for the ambulance.
Outside, Nivi finally catches up to Keshav, and screams for him to come back. She sees a car coming right for him, but he doesn't stop walking. She screams, but the cars move around him. She sees that, and runs up to him. She turns him around and tells him to come home.
Keshav tells her to go home, but he's not coming back. Nivi implores him to realise what he's doing is wrong, but Keshav hears none of it. He pushes her away, and starts walking again.
Just then a massive truck comes, and Nivi tries to push Keshav out of the way... both fall in different directions.
Nivi gets up, and sees Keshav lying there unconcious - he hit his head on a rock when he fell. Nivi tries to wake him up, to no avail. She sees a Jeep approaching - it's a bunch of (evil looking) guys. She runs to the driver, and says "Bhaiya, please take my father to the hospital." The drivers looks at her appreciatitively, and begin taunting her...
Guess who makes his entrance? Yeps, you guessed it - Viren Sood is in the house (well, on the bridge anyway). He saves Nivi from the boys, and stops his bike in the middle, and takes off his helmet. Episode ends.
