Rajveer followed her out. They ran towards the field, Naina giggling and looking back at Raj waving at him . Raj quickly covered up the distance and stood in front of Naina.
"Naina kaun , kaun jaante hai ki tum mujhko dhundne aye ho. ?"
"Koi bhi nahin!"
"Matlab?"
"Matlab no one,"
"Tum kya paagal ho gayi"
"Paagal ?" Naian again ran away laughing. Sound of her laughter filled the air . It was like the sound of mountain spring falling on pebbles nd stones.
"Sahin kaha aap ne , main sachmuch paagal ho gaye hoon, diwani hoon, magar bahut khush hoon"
She went round and round with her hands spread out and face turned upwards towards the sky."
She lost her balance and fell down on a mound of wheat .
Raj came and dropped down beside her.
"Aap jaante hai kyun main paagal hoon?"
"Nahin , tum bolo na ?" ,
"Kyun ki …………" Naina again tried to run from there.
This time Rajveer was serious..
"Naina be serious,. If you haven't told anyone , soon people will get worried and will search for you. It wont take them long to trace your whereabouts and find you here. And I will also be caught"
This made Naina serious. She came and sat beside Raj on the mound, holding his hands.

"Aise main kabhi nahin hone doongi."

"To phir dhyan se suno meri bat." RAj continued,

" You will stay here for three to four days and help me establish contact with Chaubey.
I need a cell phone and I need some money and a stock of ammunition for the gun you have brought for me. "

"Uh hun that is my gun." Naina protested.

"No, I know it is Chauhan's gun ,- how could you mange it ?!"
"Yohin to Captainji – aapke liye mujhe kya kya nahin kad padti, churane bhi ." Naina pouted her lips."
Raj lovingly patted Naina's right cheek, "I know Naina "

"Naina baat suno – In the evening after it is dark, we will go to the nearest telephone booth and ring chaube. .He will send me these things upto Malaudh and you will collect them from there and pass it over to me. After that you are free and must return back."
"One more thing, you must take all the other cadets Alekh, Huda, Yudi, Pooja , Ali into confidence. " Raj insisted, "This is a long struggle against the deadliest enemies of our country., we cant fight it alone. "
"Main to yahan sare jeevan bitane ke liye ayi hoon." Naina thought., but did not say it aloud because she knew that the ball was in Raj's court once again.
Naina was listening to him while holding his hands. Slowly she put her head on his chest and closed her eyes. Rajveer tenderly held her in that position,, kissing the top of her head. He was astounded by the spirit and determination of Naina. He even loved her more for it. Somewhere he felt himself lucky to be loved by a girl like Naina. Well did Naina really love him? They have never really confessed to each other in terms of nouns and verbs.
"Should we?" , he wondered.
Natural rhythm of Naina's breathing indicated that Naina had fallen asleep. Rajveer hugged him even closer.
